Wellness Model:

Polly Humphreys, the founder and owner of Alternative Wellness & Beyond designed her Wellness Model to work in union with other health care practitioners, assisting in improving the quality of life for all individuals. Providing resources, knowledge and partnering with clients, she empowers them to change unhealthy habits into quality wellness choices that lead to life long changes.

Having more than 21 years of experience in physical therapy, Ms. Humphreys acknowledges the necessity to educate and support her wellness clients in living a life that honors their desires and values they treasure most. Polly has combined her knowledge and physical therapy patient experiences with her training in hypnosis. She recieved her certification in hypnosis from the Omni Hypnosis Training Center in Deland, Florida and is an active member of the National Guild of Hypnotist . Working with the support of her physician, Ms. Humphreys recognized the 'true value' of hypnosis when she was successful in conquering her Fibromyalgia and sleep loss through hypnosis. As a result of successes with hypnotic intervention, various hypnotic techniques will be utilized in client sessions when deemed appropriate.

Upon requests, Polly will consider consultations and treatment sessions for other areas of wellness and success.
